I managed a full WordPress-to-Webflow migration for a fast-paced Bay Area startup under tight deadlines, moving over 500 pages across the blog, case studies, and eBooks sections. The project involved applying the client’s design system using Webflow variables to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
